The management of Ridder GmbH in Singhofen recently received great news from AOK. The health insurance company tested the company's activities to promote the health of its employees and immediately confirmed that it had passed the first level of certification. AOK corporate customer consultant Sebastian Clos presented the corresponding certificate to managing director Dirk Busch-Ridder.

“Even though the health partnership with AOK has only existed since mid-2022, you have already passed the bronze certification due to your great commitment to the well-being of the employees,” said Clos when handing over the certificate.

The auditors were particularly impressed by how quickly and sustainably the topic of employee health was anchored in the corporate culture.

Lars Gemmer emphasizes on behalf of Ridder GmbH that they do not want to rest on their laurels. “We will continue to invest in company health promotion and, as an additional benefit, we are of course also aiming for the next certification level with targeted measures.”

Consequently, there will also be further health-promoting activities for Ridder GmbH employees in 2023.
