RIDDER learns “cooking well and cheaply with AOK”
Everything is becoming more and more expensive and the average person can no longer afford good and, above all, healthy food?
Many of our colleagues thought that way, until the AOK proved us wrong in a short cooking course on the topic of “Cooking well and cheaply”.
This course took place in Nastätten on October 11th, 2023. The kitchen studio “Küchenwolf” provided to us its location - many thanks again to the gentlemen Wolf.
The food was all organic or from a local farm. Priceless? Quite the opposite. It just depends on when you buy something. Of course the food range plays an important role.
But what is there anyway?
As a starter, pumpkin soup, homemade baguette and two different dips.
The main course was whole grain spaghetti in mushroom sauce and a light berry tiramisu for dessert.
Everything was incredibly delicious and the portions cost a maximum of €6.
We had fun, learned something and got stuffed. Of course, all of the recipes could be taken home.
The planning for the next event of this kind is already in progress and we look forward to a positive feedback and an active participation.
