On 13.12.2019 we celebrated our yearly Christmas party at a nice restaurant in Nassau and were happy to welcome almost all of our employees. The location was great and the buffet also left nothing to be desired. The evening was filled with a lot ot entertainment. In addition to a speech by the managing directors, in which many employees were mentioned by name, there was also a review presented as a funny story, supportet with pictures and videos of the year. And the trainees also took part of the evening programme: They prepared and lead a Christmas game: Pictures have to be painted and odors and Christmas songs (played backwards) must be guessed. Overall it was a great evening and we wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a good start into the new year!
Around 2,000 children in Germany get sick due to cancer every year. This sad fact moved us to do something good with our Christmas greetings to customers and employees. We made a conscious decision to buy the christmas cards from a company that works togehter with the foundation for children with cancer.
The foundation is based in Bonn and wants to help and support the parents in this hard time. In 1995 it was founded by the umbrella organization of regional parent groups "German Leukemia Research Foundation, Action for Children with Cancer" (DLFH).

We are one of eight selected companies out of 300,000 in Rhineland-Palatinate. We are very proud to be honored with the "Attractive Employer 2019" award. At a ceremony on December 4, 2019 in Mainz, our medium-sized family business was officially awarded this title along with seven other companies from the region. Our managing director Mr. Dirk Busch-Ridder went to the ceremony with three of our trainees and three employees to receive the award personally and to say a few words about our company. Sustainability was the focus, but the companies were selected based on the following additional criteria: innovation content, creativity, motivation, goal setting, sustainability, transferability / suitability for medium-sized companies, implementation in practice and orientation of values.
Everywhere in the world, the number of the elderly humans in our societey increases, more and more. The wish to live a self-determinend life at home as long as possible, becomes very important to them. With our Assistent range we offer a huge assortment of supportive items, specialized on the safety and comfort in bathrooms. Our partner in Singapore, Econflo, presented our Assistent products at the Eldex exhibition in Singapore - a fair with focus on (elder)care and self-determined life. Econflo and Ridder were glad about the very positive feedback from the visitors and already call the fair a success.
In October 2016, several large companies from the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis founded the network "We are BGM". Two to three times a year, the member representatives meet at the BGM forums to exchange their experiences and views regarding the different activities to improve and take care of the health of their employees. The meetings involve exchanging ideas, comparing concepts and create connection to inform and inspirate each other.
